I agree, I proved something to myself on that run and I firmly believe that I will continue to run as long as I am able. I did a nice easy 6 miles today and a month ago I never would have thought I would be doing a fun and easy 6 miles after waking up at 3am and working all day. Its a pretty great feeling!
